Ana has extensive knowledge in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, civil law, litigation, contract law, enforcement law, competition law, employment law, data protection and consumer protection law. Within these areas, Ana consults clients on a daily basis and represents clients before judicial and administrative bodies domestically as well as at an EU and international level. In recent years Ana has been engaged on numerous projects spanning subjects such as real estate, collective redundancy procedures, the harmonization of data protection, investments, mergers and acquisitions.

After graduating from the Law School Faculty of Zagreb University in 2004, Ana was employed at the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb, where she gained broad experience and knowledge in civil law, litigation and employment law. In 2010 Ana started her sole practice and in 2011 she became a partner in Law Firm Bandalo&Labavić. Ana gained additional education through the UN Academy of Croatian association for the United Nations.

In addition to her practical work, Ana attends conferences, speaks at seminars and publishes articles. Ana is a licensed mediator.

Natalija has extensive experience and specialized know-how, particularly in the areas of commercial law, IT law, media law, copyrights, employment law and data protection. She regularly advises clients on various legal issues and represents them in related proceedings domestically, at an EU and international level. In recent years Natalija has been engaged on production of audio-visual work projects, IP disputes and the harmonization of data protection.

After graduating from the Law School Faculty of Zagreb University in 2005, Natalija gained her LL.M degree at the Zagreb University Faculty of Political Sciences in 2015 with her final thesis titled “Transfer of personal data from the EU to the US based on Safe Harbour”. She also completed the Academy for Political Development – a program of political education for young leaders. Natalija extended her knowledge in the area of copyrights by completing CopyrightX, a program under the guidance of Harvard Law School.

Before becoming a partner at Law Firm Bandalo & Labavić in 2011, she worked as a legal trainee at Law Firm Vranjican in Zagreb and as a legal assistant at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Netherlands.

In addition to her practical work, Natalija attends conferences, speaks at seminars and universities and publishes articles. Natalija is a licensed mediator.

Irena has extensive experience in executing documents and litigation, alongside employment, real estate and human rights law.

After graduating at the Zagreb University Faculty of Law in 2015, Irena worked at Law Firm Škarica and partners where she gained a profound understanding of the execution of documents, litigation and commercial law. She joined our team in 2016 as a junior legal trainee and in 2018 she passed the bar exam. In 2019 Irena became a qualified lawyer.

Irena represents clients before domestic courts, supports clients during incorporations, advises and represents clienst regarding employment law, real estate law etc.

Irena regularly attends legal seminars and conferences.
